Melissa and Luke’s wedding was a totally romantic day at Hillstone… Lots of smiles and a few tears, but a completely beautiful afternoon. We took a quick drive to St Lucia and took some lovely photos at the Great Court before heading back for the reception.

My last wedding for 2006 was a fun afternoon with a fabulous couple – Liza and Daniel. Eve’s on the River hosted the sunny afternoon event, then across the road with the kids to do a couple of shots around Ethel st. What a wonderfully easygoing evening it was!

these are some highlights from an engagement shoot I did before christmas. Many of you many recognise Jasmin as the gorgeous subject of these lovely photos that were taken at Wellington Point. Jas has been indispensable help to me for the last 8 months, but is now looking to further her horizons in Melbourne with her fiance Josh. She will be sorely missed!!!

This gorgeous couple actually eloped earlier in the year to Tuscany… (if only I’d known!) but some lovely friends got them a gift voucher for a special location shoot in Brisbane… Not quite as glamourous as Italy, but I think Kangaroo Point does Brisvegas some justice… to see more click here.
Photographing newborn babies is such an amazing experience, and my session with Matilda and her parents was certainly no exception… take a look at the whole shoot here.
Another intimate wedding, this time at Seaworld Resort on the Gold Coast. Jaye and Justin exchanged vows in the beautiful resort gardens in front of their families. After a celebratory glass of champagne, it was off to the beach for some stunning scenery, and back to the resort for a spectacular view of the sunset over the water. Lisa and Daniel tied the knot at a lovely garden ceremony at Wanganui Gardens on the 20th October. We took some great photos by the river as the sun was setting, and then got a couple of very romantic shots on the couch before the reception began… to check out some of the highlights, click here.
What a beautiful wedding on Saturday for me… so many familiar faces and such a gorgous couple! It was a beautiful ceremony at St Augustines in Ascot followed by the reception down the road at Bretts Wharf. A special thanks to Steph & Steve and Emma & Anthony for making it such a fun day… (hmm, though I sense there may be some competition between you all for who has the best wedding photos now…!)

We went to Noosa last friday afternoon to photograph Mish and Mark’s laid back ceremony in the back yard of a beautiful guest house on the canal. The sun was starting to set just after the ceremony, so we headed for the beach for a couple of sunset shots before dinner. To check out some highlights of the afternoon, click here.
I experienced a no-wedding-weekend last weekend (a rare treat at the moment…) so I made the most of it, and went on a roadtrip out to somewhere near Dalby with my mate Sam. We camped at a place called “Janahn Forest” where the Permaculture Design Institute is developing it’s new campus. Most of the photos were taken during a guided tour of the property. And I kind of lost interest in taking more photos once the sun went down and the party began… 😉

A beautiful big wedding at St Pauls in East Brisbane for Amy and Mark on Saturday. So many gorgeous girls in green…! (and the boys looked pretty smart too…) After a quick trip to the Powerhouse for some pics, it was off the spectacular looking dining room at the Brisbane Club for the reception.
